Because quality is our highest priority, every order is prepared with great attention to detail. Please allow 10–12 business days for production and quality control, followed by 5–8 business days for shipping.

• Avoid swimming with your hair loose. Before swimming, we recommend braiding the hair or tying it securely to minimize tangling and friction.
