1. RETURN POLICY
Return Conditions:
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we only accept returns if the product is unused and in its original condition.

Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product, you must report it within 7 days of receipt. The product must be unused. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Custom Products:
Products made to order, such as custom wigs, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are free.

Delivery Times:
Standard products: 3-5 business days within the Netherlands.
International orders: 7-10 business days.
For custom products, the delivery time is 3-4weeks.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.


3. PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Methods:
We accept the following payment methods: iDeal, credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna for post-payment options.

Deposits:
For custom products, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the product is shipped.

4. QUALITY ASSURANCE
• We guarantee that our hair is 100% raw and free of synthetic fibers.

• Please note that slight variations in color and texture may occur due to the natural properties of the hair.

• To maintain the longevity of your extensions or wigs, we recommend following our care instructions.

 

5. CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Response Time:
We aim to respond to all inquiries and complaints within 24-48 hours.

6. CUSTOME & PRE-ORDER &POLICY
Custom Product Delivery Times:
Custom products require a delivery time of 2-3weeks.

No Changes After Confirmation:
Once your order is confirmed, no changes can be made to the order.

 

7. TERMS & CONDITION 
• Slight variations in color and texture may occur due to the natural characteristics of raw hair.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services, such as shipping providers.

• We are not liable for loss or damage after delivery has been completed.
