🚫CANCELLATIONS
• All cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of your remaining balance.
• No-shows will forfeit the full deposit.
In the event that I need to cancel your appointment, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposit.
🔄RECHEDULING
If you want to keep your deposit, you must reschedule within the same month. Moving your appointment to another month is not allowed.
💰PAYMENT POLICY
The remaining balance is required to be paid in cash only at the time of your appointment.
✨BOHO & BORA BORA BRAIDS
All Boho & Bora bora Braids services include the hair. If you choose to bring your own human hair, a fee of €40 per bundle will be applied. Please ensure that the bundles are delivered at least 3 days prior to your appointment. For bora bora braids we need 3 bundles of each 100 grams. We only use bulk hair. No bundles with weft

⏱️LATE ARRIVAL
Running up to 10 minutes late? We understand—things happen. However,
• 10-15 minutes late: €10 fee will be applied
• 15-20 minutes late: €15 fee
• If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled to avoid delays for the following client. Punctuality is important to ensure that all appointments start and finish on time. Arriving late affects not only your service but also the next client’s experience, which I strive to maintain at a professional standard.

💇🏽♀️HAIR CONDITIONS REQUIREMENTS
Please ensure that your hair is blow-dried (it doesn’t need to be super straight—a regular blow-dry is sufficient) and tangle-free. If your hair has significant tangles, an additional fee will be applied, as detangling is time-consuming and makes the process more difficult.

Your hair should be product-free, as I braid with wax, and wax does not work well with other hair products. If you prefer to have oil in your hair, you may bring it to your appointment, and I will apply it for you. If you wish for me to use your own product during braiding, that is also acceptable.
Please note that your hair must be at least 6 cm long for braiding.
